What is Rotary?

Impact starts with our members—people like you. At club meetings in communities everywhere, people of action come together to strengthen their connections to friends and neighbors, and their commitment to improving lives.

Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders and problem-solvers, who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.

The Chappaqua Rotary has been in service to our community for 40 years, and in addition to our Annual New Castle Community Day, we also produce and support many other charitable and social service events including a Pancake Breakfast, Drive In Movie Night, Open Mic Night, Annual Day of Service, and our Charter Night. We raise funds and perform acts of service for many local, national and international causes.
