Important reminders for exhibitors

Event Information

• September 17, 2022 10am-2pm (Rain or Shine)

• Setup begins at 7am

• All cars must be cleared from the setup area by 9am

Requirements

• Each vendor is responsible for their own tent, table, chairs, etc.

• Vendor spaces will be assigned.

• Space assignments will be fulfilled upon receipt of payment.

• No refunds.

• Tents must be secured with weights of at least 30lbs per leg. Suggested Sandbag weights or Cement filled weights

• Certificate of Liability Insurance must be provided.

• Food vendors must be registered with the Westchester County Board of Health (914-864-7369)
